My recent week-long stay at Auberge Les Roches exceeded every expectation I had, a rare occurrence for a seasoned hotel critic. The dining experience was a standout; each meal was a delightful fusion of local flavors, and the hospitality shown by the staff made every dining moment memorable. I was particularly impressed with the warmth of the terrace, which provided a cozy sitting area for evening teas under the expansive Saharan sky-an idyllic atmosphere that truly encapsulated the essence of the desert. The attention to detail was evident, especially in the cleanliness of the rooms, which were soundproofed and impeccably maintained, providing a sanctuary after long days exploring. the complimentary Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, allowing me to stay connected while enjoying the stunning views from every corner of the hotel.
